Keeping up appearances in Laragh

CHAIRMAN Barry Doyle was in Laragh on Wednesday night to finish what we started in the build up to this year’s Friends First Laragh Classic.

We take over the town for this phenomenal race one Sunday each September and realised that we weren’t actually giving the townspeople anything in return – apart from an epic bike race to watch!

We pledged €1 from every entry to all three races to the Laragh Tidy Towns committee, then rounded up a little to present them with €200, and of course a promise to continue to respect our race’s venue and its community.
