Pat Feehan Benefit Night

Calling all St. Tiernan’s Cycling Club members past and present and all friends of the Cycling Club. Your support is needed. Fundraising event: Saturday 25th May at Coach House Pub, Ballinteer 8pm.

A benefit night has been organised to raise funds to purchase a specialized tandem tricycle for Pat Feehan. In 2009 Pat suffered a stroke causing major paralysis to his left side. His recuperation has been slow and difficult. This tricycle will allow Pat to cycle again and the benefits for Pat will be immeasurable. The machine and associated safety equipment will cost approximately €9000.

Your help in raising these funds would be appreciated. Bring a mate, in fact bring all your mates to what promises to be a great night with live music provided by “Tow The Line” and a giant raffle with plenty of spot prizes. Tickets will be available to purchase from the Coach House Pub, Ballinteer, from Paddy, Anna (on Facebook), Paula (on Facebook) and Vinnie Supple (are we surprised NOT on Facebook-won’t even get a mobile phone! and stationed at No 15 The Close). Books of tickets are also available for selling if you think any of your family or friends might like to support this worthy cause. A bank A/C is being set up to make donating easier. Further details to follow shortly. If you cannot make it on the night any contribution would be welcome.

Please make every effort to buy a ticket for this event (in advance of the night if possible). I’m certain that all of us would like to give something back to Pat after all the years he contributed to the Club and all the fun that we had! Not to mention all the pumtures he fixed!

Sharing is caring so please get SHARING……………..let’s see how many of the old faces we can round up. Link below to demo of Trident Tandem Trike.
