Palmarès
From high drama to hard-fought finishes, St. Tiernan’s Cycling Club has experienced it all. Over the past four decades, our members have competed, celebrated victories, endured losses, and persevered through every challenge the road racing scene could throw at us, both in Ireland and beyond. From the legendary Ras Tailteann to the iconic Gorey Three Day, from the Traders Cup to the Paddy’s Day Potato Race, our palmarès are far too extensive to capture here. Instead, enjoy these photos, which capture some of the unforgettable moments and the sheer joy we’ve shared along the way.

The ICL
The Inter-Club League (ICL) is a cornerstone event for our racing members, providing an opportunity for friendly yet competitive races between local clubs.
From its inception, St. Tiernan’s Cycling Club has been a driving force in the league, both as a fierce competitor and an organiser—thanks in large part to the unwavering dedication of individuals like Brian Hayden and, more recently, Marc Farrelly. The ICL not only nurtures our community but also inspires riders of all ages and abilities to embrace racing. By allowing newer cyclists to race alongside seasoned members, the league consistently enhances the club’s overall performance and camaraderie.
