Ladies division tackles London X League

CHRISTMAS saw the St. Tiernan’s ladies division take on Round 11 of the London X League at the purpose-built Redbridge Cycling Centre in Ilford, Essex.

This is a venue for all types of cycle training and racing, perched high on a hill overlooking Canary Wharf and the Isle Of Dogs, the famous landmarks of East London.

It has parking, a cafe, showers, function rooms and a reception and all sorts of on-course goodies, like massive run-ups and steps.
